Apply it directly onto the stain, rubbing with the bottle’s own head so the gel works into the fibers, then let it sit for five to ten minutes before washing the garment as usual. On stains that have already dried, or that went through the wash once without success, it’s best to reapply and let it sit a little longer, even working it in gently with a soft-bristle brush. On delicate garments or less colorfast fabrics, testing on an inner, less visible spot first is recommended, such as the inside of a hem or a hidden seam.
